What do you do to get rid of a cold or flu?
Submitted by ashenflowers.
A wonderful OTC called Zicam. Oh baby does that stuff knock a cold out in no time at all.
What's your favorite thing to shop for?
Submitted by JadedButterfly.
Oh boy! This is a toughy because I really like love shopping!
Shoes, clothes, books, culinary "tools", lingerie, sex toys, music...the list is endless.
What's the last thing you usually do or think about before you fall asleep?
Hmmm...last thing I usually do is remove whatever bottoms I have on, be it shorts or sweats or whathaveyou, OR I take my hair down from its ponytail or clip.
The last thing I think is that a) I would really like to be having sex right now; b) I've got so much to do; c) I really need an orgasm.
What TV show(s) will you be watching this season? Why?

Let's see, the list by evening would probably make the most sense, wouldn't it?
Sunday: Nothing; but Hubby will be watching Desperate Housewives
Monday: Studio 60 - c'mon it's from the same folks as the West Wing...how could you go wrong?
Tuesday: Ah...the really busy night!!! House, L&O:CI, L&O:SVU, Boston Legal (I have to tape Boston Legal)
Wed: Nothing
Thur: Grey's Anatomy & ER
Fri: L&O
Is there a friend who you owe a phonecall or email? What's stopping you?
I am certain that there is, but my life has become a nuthouse and I don't have time for phone calls. As you can tell by my posting habits of the last couple days, I haven't had much time for anything.
What's the last thing you crafted, constructed or created yourself?
Does writing count as creating? If so then it was writing a story. When I am finished editing it I may share it for comments and whatnot before submitting.
What's your musical horoscope? (Put your music player on shuffle and write down the first 10 songs that come up.) Inspired by Stephanie.
1. Buttons - Pussycat Dolls (oooohhh...this is currently my favorite sexy song...makes me wanna strip for somebody!)
2. The Long Day is Over - Norah Jones
3. Could I Be You - Matchbox 20
4. Looking for a Stranger - Pat Benatar (damn I love this woman!!! She rocks!!!)
5. Superman - Five for Fighting (another song I love. So vulnerable.)
6. I Belong to You - Lenny Kravitz (oh this one makes me want to seduce Hubby)
7. Burnin' for You - Blue Oyster Cult
8. What a Wonderful World - Louis Armstrong (one of my all time favorites. So optimistic and full of hope)
9. City Lights - JoJo
10. I Don't Get It - The Cowboy Junkies
So as you can see, I have a rather eclectic taste in music. My friend has just arrived. More later after she leaves.
What do you collect?
Vintage Christmas decorations - particularly Santa's. Last year's Santa count was 175 not including tree ornaments. We have Santa's from the early 1900's through present day. I know we've collected a few more over the course of the year so it'll be fun to recount them this holiday season. I love my Santas.
What's your motto?
1. To each his own.
2. Live and let live.
Basically they mean the same thing. We are all different and we should strive to appreciate those differences within one another. Let's face it, the world would be a damn boring place if we were all the same! Now if I could only convince hubby of that!!!
How many places have you lived in your life?
Let's see:
Before kindergarden we moved around quite a bit. We lived in New York state; West Virginia, Indiana and Illinois. I've lived in 3 towns in Illinois: Aurora (10 homes); Montgomery (3 homes); North Aurora (2 homes). I guess you could say that I've had a rather nomadic life that stays close to my roots. I have been very settled in my current home for the past 5 years. I believe it is the longest I've ever lived in one home. I love it too!
It is the first time in my life that I've felt stability in this way. Not just emotionally, but within my whole life. It is a feeling of contentment that I've never known. It is almost difficult to embrace because it is not something I have ever known. I've always wanted it, I just don't know what to do with it now that I've got it - well sometimes anyway.
